📋 Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, your items must meet the following strict criteria:
  • 14-Day Window: Returns must be initiated and shipped back to us within 14 days of the original delivery date.
  • Brand New Condition: Returns will strictly not be accepted on any used, mounted, or bolted items. Rims and tires must show no signs of installation, wear, or road use.
  • Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original, undamaged factory packaging with all hardware, center caps, and documentation included.
🚚 Shipping & Buyer Responsibility
The buyer bears full responsibility for all shipping logistics and costs:
  • Original Shipping: The cost of shipping the items from our store to you is non-refundable and will be deducted from your final refund.
  • Return Shipping: The buyer must arrange and pay for the return shipping to our warehouse.
  • Safe Delivery: The buyer is entirely responsible for ensuring the items arrive back at our location in brand new, undamaged condition. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. If items are damaged or lost during return transit, the return will be denied.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
  • Any wheel or tire that has been mounted, balanced, or bolted to a vehicle.
  • Items that arrive at our facility damaged, scratched, or altered.
  • Custom-drilled, custom-painted, or special-order wheels.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale."
🔄 How to Initiate a Return

  2. Securely pack the items in their original boxes to prevent damage during transit. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
  3. Ship the package to our designated return address.
